my passion

As I grew up in Wisconsin I learned that Wisconsin sports are a way of life. I immediately fell in love with the Milwaukee Brewers and baseball. I grew up playing baseball on the boy’s team. I pulled my seat to the table. I realized that I had to work twice as hard and the constant questions of “Name five players” or “Do you even play” surrounded me. My work ethic grew to overcome any challenges I could.

I remember the first time I went to take basketball pictures for a yearbook assignment. I took my little iPhone 5 down to the gymnasium and realized that all the pictures looked like crap. Picking up my first camera was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I quickly learned the different settings and the importance of larger lenses. My camera of choice has been a Nikon D3400 which I’ve been working with for about four years.

My favorite part about all of this is the gratitude from others. The thank yous for coming to their games and capturing some of their best moments that they will cherish forever.
